					Painting is a way of exploring the world – human and non-human alike. To paint, I need to look closely and respectfully. I must trust my eyes. Wasn’t it Picasso who said that there must be many truths, otherwise we wouldn’t be able to paint so many different pictures of the same subject? The skills needed for painting are rather similar to those of a good supervisor.
